The volunteer fire departments in Germany show great willingness to work without remuneration. In North Rhine-Westphalia alone, more than 130,000 people support the professional fire brigade. Of course, this deployment deserves a corresponding platform.
It was provided in 2017 by CHILICON IT in cooperation with the partnering agency Serviceplan on the basis of the Drupal 8 CMS and has been supporting it ever since. Interested people can find out more about the fire brigades on the platform and always find the direct contact person via map/contact functions. For this purpose, the fire brigades were also provided with an internal area to maintain the data.
